Welcome to auschef.com.

Auschef.com is one of four chefs websites in the vertical commercial cookery industry portal: Salonculinaire.com and is affiliated with Chefpedia.org (A growing global online culinary encyclopedia) and Certified chef .com (a career process for chefs).

Auschef was initiated by George Hill from Melbourne, Australia in response to a growing demand for online culinary knowledge competitions for the hospitality industry. Students, cooks and chefs, front or back of house staff, supervisors and hospitality industry managers can enter and experience culinary challenges that are fun and aim to continually improve their culinary and hospitality knowledge. Auschef.com may be used for knowledge competitions or tests.

Companies and organisations may arrange for a tailor made culinary knowledge competition as a promotion, sponsorship, or an educational platform.
