  Seeking the most knowledgeable R.A.C.V wait staff across all RACV locations and resorts at your level of experience? This is a fun challenge which aims to challenge your knowledge of professional Food and Beverage Service.

  The 2011 “Knowledge Now: competition for Tafe and private teaching Institute students will be forwarded soon. We anticipate this competition will be conducted in July – August - Contact your professional cookery teacher or head of school for details.
  

  

• 2011 - ONLINE COMPETITION FOR H.T.N EMPLOYEES

    

  Who will be the HTN champion apprentice/trainee and at which property are they working? Which property, which chef and which apprentice/trainee will be identified as 2011 Champions.
